By now you should have understood how people converse with each other by using language in their interaction, learned to read CV transcripts and, most importantly, learned the analytical terms. You can always access these terms by clicking on the Analytical Toolkit on the top of the page. You will also see the five steps to analyse.
This section will show you how you can put everything into practice.
Note: You can access the 'Reflective Questions', '5 Steps of Analysis' and 'Analytical Terms'' throughout the rest of the module from the top-right of the screen.
Play the video and listen to the conversation at least twice. Use the reflective questions (can be found at the top of the page) to establish a first impression of what the conversation is about, and what the problems or learning points are.
