General Examination
- On examination, there is a visible rash present on the face. It is erythematous, and most noticeable on the cheeks and across the bridge of the nose (see image 3). There are multiple small cervical lymph nodes present.

- Cardiorespiratory examinations are normal.

- Respiratory examination is normal.
Gastrointestinal System
- An abdominal examination identifies a right upper quadrant mass.
Nervous System

Musculoskeletal System
- Musculoskeletal examination reveals a positive MCPJ squeeze test bilaterally, and tenderness of the wrist. There is visible joint swelling in the MCPJ joints of the index and middle fingers. There are small joint effusions present in both knees.
- She has normal spinal movements, and her shoulders, elbows and knees appear normal.
- Her feet are tender when the metatarsophalangeal joints are squeezed.
Reticuloendothelial System
- No lymphadenopathy
