12 months on, Jenny has been doing well at university. She has had no recurrence of her anaemia, and sees her rheumatologist every 6-8 weeks.
However, in early December she starts to become more tired again. She notices that she is waking in the mornings with puffy eyes. She has also started to experience frothy urine. She thinks the urine is so unusual, she takes a photo and sends this to the rheumatologist specialist nurse by email (see image 4).
She suspects her lupus may be flaring.
