Victor
45, Male

Victor went to the GP and she saw that he was ill, a bit unkempt, drowsy and confused.

He could not give a clear history but said that his headache had become constant and painful. His assistant had come with him and confirmed the history and explained that Victor had been acting strangely, had not been eating, had vomited a string of multi-coloured handkerchiefs a few times and had trouble finding the right words.

Victor had a past medical history of hypertension that had not required treatment.
