- Trachea central
- Expansion normal and symmetrical
- Percussion normal
- Tactile vocal fremitus normal
- Scattered fine late inspiratory crackles bilaterally in lower zones

- No swelling or tenderness
- Liver, spleen, kidneys not palpable
- Hernial orifices normal
- Bowel sounds normal
