James Bailey a 21 year old university student was brought into A&E by his room mate after he had an attack of severe shortness of breath. He was distressed and found it difficult to speak in sentences. His room mate reported he found him in his room an hour before; he was very breathless and his lips were blue. He had been well prior to this attack.
