After 3 days, James is much improved.

He is now taking 40mg prednisolone orally once daily (day 3 of 7), a Flutiform 250/10 inhaler two puffs twice daily, and as-required salbutamol (200mcg) via MDI inhaler + Aerochamber (spacer) currently no more than twice daily.

He no longer requires supplementary oxygen, nor the nebulised salbutamol.
