Katie’s haemodynamic instability resolves following thrombolysis. She has a repeat echocardiogram which demonstrates no further evidence of right heart strain and repeat CTPA 3 days later whilst an inpatient demonstrates resolution/dissolution of the pulmonary artery embolus.
