Homonymous Hemianopia

  • Homonymous hemianopia involves field loss affecting the corresponding half fields of each eye.
  • The field loss is bilateral so therefore posterior to the chiasm.
  • The field loss affects the left visual field therefore the defect is on the right side of the .
